The Formula

(((Length + Width) times 2) plus (FrameWidth times 8)) times the WasteFactor) equals TotalLengthRequired.

16x20 frame with 1.5" molding and 20% Waste Factor = (((16+20)x2) + (2x8)) * 1.2) = 101 inches = 8' 5"
