Email is the preferred method of communicating with me.
I have a hearing disablity and can't wear my hearing aids on the phone, so it is sometimes very difficult
to communicate via phone.
Calling me should be your last resort. Email first.
I let all my calls go to voice mail unless I know who is calling.
It is not uncommon for me to have to listen to a voice mail 5 or more times to try and understand the message.
Many times I end up asking someone else to translate the voice mail for me.
If you leave me a voice mail and I don't get back to you, it is probably because I couldn't understand the message and/or phone number.
A couple of tips if you leave a voice mail. Speak clearly. Louder is not good; clear is good. Speak a little slower than normal.
If you speak clearly and a little slower, I will probably be able to understand your message.
Please don't call unless you absolutely have to.
